1. About these Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.oper8events.com (the "Site"), operated by Oper8 Events L.L.C-FZ ("Oper8 Events," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in the United Arab Emirates with registered office at Meydan Grandstand, 6th Floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, UAE.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These Terms cover use of the Site only. Commercial engagements between Oper8 Events and its clients are governed by separately negotiated contracts, not by these Terms.

2. About Oper8 Events

Oper8 Events is a business-to-business event operations company delivering trackside retail structures and event infrastructure for international sport organizations, rights holders, and their appointed agencies. We do not sell products or services directly to consumers through this Site.

3. Permitted use

You may use the Site to learn about Oper8 Events, review our services and case studies, and contact us regarding potential engagements.

You agree that you will not:

  • Use the Site in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected system or database

  • Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code

  • Scrape, harvest, or extract content from the Site by automated means

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from the Site

  • Use the Site to send unsolicited commercial communications ("spam")

  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation

  • Use content from the Site to compete with Oper8 Events or its clients

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, photographs, videos, graphics, illustrations, layouts, logos, and the Oper8 Events name and brand — is owned by Oper8 Events or licensed to us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Photographs and videos of events on our Site may also feature the trademarks, logos, or venues of our clients (including Formula 1, sport federations, licensed brand partners, and their appointed suppliers). These remain the property of those clients and are shown on the Site solely to illustrate our work with their prior consent where required.

You may view, download, and print pages from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial reference. You may not otherwise reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content from the Site without our prior written permission.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (for example, our LinkedIn page or partner sites). We provide these links for convenience only. This limitation does not exclude any liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law or the mandatory law of any other jurisdiction in which you are located.

You agree to indemnify Oper8 Events against any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

9. Changes to the Site or these Terms

The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the current version. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of another jurisdiction.
